Our privacy policy will cover the following topics; our collection of your personal information, and its access, review and amendment. An order to open your Customer Account and start using the SKYPAY Service, you will be asked to provide us with certain personal information, such as your name, email address and telephone number it is ordinary requirements. If want to verify your identity we may request you to a valid identity proof (e.g. in the form of a copy of your passport, certificate of registration, your resident's visa/permit, your national ID card or your Driving License).

You should ensure that the email address you have registered with us is always up-to-date so that we can always contact you with important information regarding your Customer Account and the Skypay Service. We may also need to collect selected financial information from you, such as your credit card and bank account details for any disputes regarding about your fund in Skypay account. If need to prevent fraud attempt, we will trace your Internet Protocol (IP) address which is a unique number assigned to your computer server or your Internet Service Provider (ISP), information about your computer and personal information.

We are a reseller only. The Top Up you are buying is originally provided by our partner online service providers. We test and make sure to the best of our knowledge that the service is fully functional but cannot provide guarantee for the service. No guarantee is made to you by us that whether any or all the Top Ups will function. We reserve the right to refuse an order or payment from any person, company or any other organizations. In some cases this may meant any order is delayed for manual where a top up is ordered and accepted by us and you will unable to cancel the order.

Sometimes our Network infrastructure requires to be taken offline for the purpose of maintenance or upgrades immediately without any notification. Failure to do so shall constitute a breach of these Terms of Service, which may result in immediate termination of your Account. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to use our Service. We reserve the right to refuse Service to anyone at any time without notice for any reason.

Service Charges may be change at any time and be effective from any date. If you decide to close your account before the new rates come into effect, we reserve the right to charge for its free of charges services or for any abuse of its free services. Customer satisfaction is our highest priority. We implement the lowest service charges in all Skypay products. Customer can create a zero balance account and also create required numbers registered payee in your account. If require any transaction, top up account and do transaction.
