Please read these terms of services (agreements) carefully before using the services offered by skypay.me. These terms and conditions are applied   to all visitors, users, buyers, sellers and others who access these services.  

Your nickname or email can be used as your user name that will identify your account and thereby do all of your transactions and account related activities in SKYPAY. Each user can choose a unique nickname or email but which cannot be edited later. Make a strong password that must have more than six different characters and types; - digits, lowercase or uppercase. Create the password by mixing of alphabetic and numeric sequences and avoid the use of your date of birth, name of place or person, vehicle register number etc. Customers are liable to keep their all sensitive data as confidential. SKYPAY will not be responsible for your password when leaking out or misusing by others or entering wrong transaction details by customer himself for fund transfer to other accounts. So the customer should make each transaction carefully.

The information you are providing for Registration Data must be true, accurate and current and must have complete information about yourself. You should maintain and promptly update the Registration Data. If you provide any information that is false, inaccurate, past or incomplete, SKYPAY has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all present or future use of the Services.

SKYPAY reserves the right to modify or discontinue the services or any part of the services at any time without any notice. And also we have the right to refuse or limit any transaction or the amount to be transferred. This refusal may be either on part or on whole. 
We possess the right to refuse transactions in certain service providers from a particular country on restricted or prohibited lists issued from time to time by the concerning Governments . In addition, not all Payment methods are available to all customers at all times and we may, in our sole discretion also to refuse Transactions funded from certain Payment methods.
SKYPAY reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify this all agreements at any time by posting a notice on the Website or by sending a notice. You shall be responsible for reviewing and becoming familiar with any such modifications. Your use of the services following notifications constitute your acceptance of the terms and conditions of these agreements as modified.
You are the only responsible person for all of your activities in connection with these services. Any fraudulent or illegal activity may be liable for the termination of your right to access or use of these services. So you must provide the information and data with us are true, accurate, current and complete but must have the evidence of your identity. If there is a need for make changes in any personal information in future, you should update such information promptly.

You have to be responsible for withholding, filing, and reporting all taxes, duties and other governmental assessments associated with your activities in connection with these services. SKYPAY is not responsible for shall for any delaying, disruption or defects in the Online Payment Facility. We acknowledge you that you assume all the risks involved in using our Online Payment Facility and we shall not be responsible for any damage, loss, expense or detriment caused (directly or indirectly) by a defect in our Online Payment Facility. 

Collection of Customer Identification Information:

Almost all country’s /government’s law requires all financial institutions to assist in fight against money laundering activities and the funding of terrorism by obtaining, verifying, recording and identifying information about all customers. So we inform you to provide us with adequate personal identifying information and we may also consult the other sources legally to obtain information about you. If any unusual transaction related funding of terrorism otherwise customer identification requires any government agency we will verify your residential address and personal details in order to confirm your identity or by verifying your information against a third party databases or through other sources. If require we may also handover your personal information to a government agency, which may keep a record of that information. Our service is a safe and convenient way to send money to friends and family and to other people that you trust & top up online accounts. However, we advise you to verify carefully before sending money to anyone that you do not know very well.

Termination and credit refund:

You have the statutory right to cancel your agreement with us. You should understand and agree that SKYPAY possesses the sole right to make decisions over any disputes. If any dispute arises, our maximum liability will be refunded. If there is any balance amount remaining in your Skypay account, we will be refunded the remaining amount into any of your bank account. This account transferring charges must be deducted from your balance amount.  We do not pay any kind of compensations or interests on the balance available in your Skypay account. This agreement will be remained in full force and effect while you use the Services. You can terminate your use of the Services at any time. The Company has the right to terminate or suspend your access to the services or your membership for any reason without any notice at any time. In case of termination of yours account, the remaining amount will be transferred into any of your concerning bank account. If you break any one of the terms or conditions of this agreement, the company reserves the right to terminate or suspend any or all services and access to the Website immediately without prior notice. Upon termination of your account, your right to use the services, access the website, or any content will cease immediately. All provisions of this agreement by their nature survive under termination.

Top Up Services:

The services (top up credit) are provided for all the customers above 18 of age and for resident of any country. The services (top up credit) are available on the website and subjected to change without any prior notice. These services (top up credit) do not make any claims with regard to the availability of Top ups on the website. We reserve the right to limit the number of Top Ups and each Top Up to a specific value over a specific period at our own discretion. It is the customer's responsibility to check the related Website periodically in order to determine if such changes are occurring or not. The Customer must carefully examine any and all information related to Top Up available on the related Websites. We do not provide any warranties with regard to the information available on the websites, such information being provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. It is the responsibility of the customer to check the website periodically for such changes. If such similar services contain links to any third party websites or services, that are not owned or controlled by skypay.me. Whenever you access such Third Party Services, you do so at your own risk.

Once receives a proper and complete request for a Top Up from the Customer's account, the amount must be debited. This means that the Customer cannot cancel a Top Up request. All Top Ups are final with no refund or exchange permitted. After the Customer's account is debited, we will auto-forward the transaction details in customer’s Account Transaction History. 

SKYPAY reserves the right to convert the amount of transferred credit to a different service, as they see fit and also reserves the right to deduct any applicable charges or fees. We will not be responsible for giving warranties or guarantees for the amount after transfer. If any dispute arises regarding the quality, cost, expiry date, or other terms of the transferred credits, must be handled directly between the Customer and the Recipient’s websites. 

Add payee:

It is the responsibility of the Customers to enter their user name or account number of the payee, and also required service provider other all data’s must be enter correctly in add payee link for payee registration. SKYPAY is not responsible for any error make by the customer, including, inserting an incorrect user/number, a number of a different payee, a data that is not mentioned in the listed service provider or not activated or registered under the service provider networks etc. In case any time change registered payee any data’s representative people, customer's responsibility to periodically check the data’s for such changes. We provide top ups depending registered payee link information being provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. It is the responsibility of the Customer to check periodically the registered payee data changes. If the customers want to change any data, you must delete the present registered payee and create a new one through “add payee” link.  

Top Up Transfer Fees:

A top up transfer fee is applied for processing the credit transfer for each top up order. Transfer fee is an additional fee charged for each respective top up item based on the total amount of the order. The value of the transfer fee varies in each product. Products mean any online account we provide top up service, the amount that is debited to the customer's account, if the customer places and order for a top up. Top up means to transfer a prepaid credit amount (referred to as "transfer") by a customer from his credit account to any online network operator. 
If the Customer places a top up order that includes Products as well, and the Customer only is responsible for paying the processing fee that applies for orders below a certain value and such processing fee or any tax, if applicable, will be applied to the entire order, including Top Ups.

Account Transactions: 

* SKYPAY account opening and annual account maintenances charge is not applicable and there is no monthly transaction limit. But   two transactions must be made in six months at any amount otherwise that account will freeze automatically. We do not pay interest on the balance available in SKYPAY account. We recommend depositing money in customer’s account, based only on their monthly, quarterly and half yearly or yearly requirements to avoid interest loss to the customer. The maximum value that can be store in a SKYPAY Account is INR 60,000/-(INR SIX thousand only).

* Normally, a customer can make each transaction at a maximum limit of equal value of $25 (approx”1500 INR) without any personal identification. For any transaction of the above $25, the customer has to submit personal identification. We accept any two of the following as Id proofs; Copy of your Passport, Driving License, Pan Card, your resident’s Visa/ Permit or your National ID card.     

Account transaction is possible only after the creation of a registered payee through “Add payee” link.  When submit a request via “Add payee link”, it will approved or refused within a working day. If refusal or approval is pending, the payee transaction will not be possible. Transaction is possible only after the registration of payee. When you are creating a registered payee through add a payee link, it is your responsibility to make sure that all transaction details [payee] are accurate before submission. Once a payee detail has been submitted for processing, there will not be any chance to change any of the details. You will be given the opportunity to confirm transactions before submission and you must check the details carefully.

We are not obliged to process any particular transaction. When you submit a transaction, you are requesting that we process the transaction on your behalf. We will attempt to process transactions promptly or on the same day. Any Transaction may be delayed or cancelled for a number of reasons including but not limited to; our efforts to verify related identity, to validate your Transaction instructions, to insufficient data, to comply with applicable law or variations in business hours and currency availability. If such any unusual issues arise, customer transaction request may be delayed or cancelled. You have to understand and agree that SKYPAY have the sole right to make all normal transactions we are provided. But sometime we are not obliged to process some particular Transaction. You agree that SKYPAY shall not be held responsible for any inaccuracies that may appear in that information or any consequential loss which may result from incorrect or incomplete information.

Proprietary Rights:

The Services and the Site are owned and operated by SKYPAY. The visual interfaces, graphics, design, information, computer code including source code and object code, products, software, services, and all other elements of the Services and the Site provided by SKYPAY and all materials are protected by international copyright act.
